Transfer
Fee
The Transfer Fee is
$1,000 and is paid at closing on the purchase of
property within Ventana Lakes. This fee is placed
into the VLPOA Reserves for future use. This fee
is usually paid by the buyer.
Document Fee
The Document Fee is
$150 and is charged for the handling and processing of
the paperwork regarding the sale and transferring of
information from the seller to the new owner. This
fee is usually paid at closing and is usually paid by
the buyer.
