Assessments
Ventana Lakes Community Assessment:
The
Ventana Lakes community is made up of 1701 properties (which includes 108 Gardens
units) with a quarterly assessment of $207.00 ($69 per Month) per property
effective January 1, 2010 (this is an increase of $2 per month from 2009).
Ventana Lakes Gardens Assessment:
Within the Ventana Lakes Community are 108 Cluster Residential Gardens units. Exterior
home maintenance is provided for these 108 Gardens units. The Gardens
have an additional assessment (Fee for the exterior home maintenance) of $240.00
per quarter ($80.00 per month)
per unit which
is in addition to the Ventana Lakes Community Assessment. This assessment
change is effective January 1, 2010, and is a $10 per month decrease from 2009)
Assessment Billing:
Assessments are billed quarterly and
due on January 1, April 1, July 1, and
October 1.
A late fee is applied after the 30th of the due month. Assessment payments
are not to be dropped off or made at the management office. Mail
assessment payments in the envelope provided with your statement to:

Automatic Electronic Deposit payment is also available and recommended.

Electronic Deposit Form (Sure Pay) is provided here by clicking on the following link. You
need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view and print this
form. You can obtain the Adobe Reader for free by clicking on the Adobe Reader icon
at the bottom of this page. After you print and fill-out the form bring it to
the Management Office with a voided check or deposit slip to activate your
Automatic Electronic Deposit. Instructions for paying by
