Old Business

1.      approval needed to redo irrigation system west side Lake 7 so fence can be repaired and painted:

-         move irrigation system 2 feet from homeowners’ fences (Beardsley to Ventana Drive W

-         add row of small blocks same distance

-         add granite in the two feet space between new irrigation system and wall/fence same distance

Cost:  $3652.10; money to be taken from Reserve Funds

            2.   approval needed to purchase new rowing machine for Exercise Room:  Cost $1200

2.      approval needed to purchase new treadmill for Exercise room:  Cost $5000.

3.      approval for Scapes to install cement pads for $25 each for backflow that will have refitted covers

4.      approval needed to have current backflow covers reconfigured so locks can be added;  cost $68 each cage;  there are 37 cages that need to be redone; a couple are already being redone

5.      approval to purchase locks for the backflows:  from Lowe’s cost is $22 for a set of 2

      New Business: 

1.      approval needed to contact Cromstock & Osuch to do either an audit or yearly review of financials
